I Take My Life Seriously

Foot Ox

so pretty, though wrapped in paper warm and soft like in her bed so sacred, though scarred and scary like the soft spot on a baby's head I take my life seriously like baby plants crawling up through the sidewalk or the orange, orange sky on Easter ten years ago making me feel inferior and small it may always stand over me, towering and tall and all i can do is my best so surrender your heart to the benign indifference of this world you currently live in in search for holes in all of your thinking but watch your step because you might fall in and start making bad decisions like me
