You've done it all, you've broken every code And pulled the Rebel to the floor You've spoilt the game, no matter what you say For only metal, what a bore Blue eyes, blue eyes How can you tell so many lies? {Chorus} Come up and see me, make me smile I'll do what you want, running wild {Verse 2} N.C. There's nothing left, all gone and run away Maybe you'll tarry for a while? It's just a test, a game for us to play Win or lose, it's hard to smile Resist, resist, It's from yourself you have to hide {Chorus} Come up and see me, make me smile I'll do what you want, running wild {Solo} e-------------------------------------------------------| B-------------------------------------------------------| G-------------------------------------------------------| D--5/7-5-7-7-5-7-7-5h7p5--5-------5---------------------| A---------------------------8-7-8---8-7-5-8-7-5-5-5-3-3-| E-------------------------------------------------------| e-----------------------------------10/12-12-12--12-13-15-| B------------------8-10-10-8h10-8__-----------------------| G------5-5-7-7-7/9----------------------------------------| D--5/7----------------------------------------------------| A---------------------------------------------------------| E---------------------------------------------------------| e--15/\\/\\/\\/\\/\\/\\/\\/\\/\\/-| B------------------------| G------------------------| D------------------------| A------------------------| E------------------------| e--13-13-13-12---------------------------------------------------------------| B--------------13-13--12-10--------------------------------------------------| G---------------------------12--12-12-12-10-9----9-10-12-10-9----------------| D---------------------------------------------12--------------12-10-10-12-12-| A----------------------------------------------------------------------------| E----------------------------------------------------------------------------| e--13-12-10----------------------------------------------------------| B-----------13-12-10h12p10-10----------------------------------------| G------------------------------12-10-9-10-12/\\/\\/\\/\\/\\/\\/-10-9-------| D--------------------------------------------------------------12-12-| A--------------------------------------------------------------------| E--------------------------------------------------------------------| e----------------------| B----------------------| G----------------------| D--10p9-10-10-9--------| A---------------10____-| E----------------------| {Verse 3} N.C. There ain't no more, you've taken everything From my belief in Mother Earth Can you ignore my faith in everything Cos I know what faith is and what it's worth Away, away And don't say maybe you'll try {Chorus} Come up and see me, make me smile I'll do what you want, running wild {Fill} ooh-ooh la-la-la ooh-ooh la-la-la Oooooooooaaaaaah {Chorus} Come up and see me, make me smile I'll do what you want, running wild {Repeat from Fill to fade} ----- Notes ----- N.C. - No Chord /\\/\\ - Tremolo Picking ____ - Hold Note / - Slide Up h - Hammer On p - Pull Off All guitar parts are played on a steel-stringed acoustic, but there is a synthesiser playing the chords on the record too. The intro is played by two guitars in harmony style - if you want to get the essence of the melody with one instrument, just play guitar 1's part. Some of the notes in the solo are obscured by the rhythm acoustic guitar and the backing synth, but I think it's pretty much right.
